What kind of shape are your greens in?

I’m hearing all kinds of things in regards to how Twin Cities golf courses made it through the winter.

I played my club for the first time on Sunday. While we have a couple of greens that experienced some winter kill likely because of ice, most are very, very good.

Just a few miles away, however, on private club has yet to open for the season in part because of the condition of the greens.

In addition , there are some courses using a couple of temporary greens.

So how is your favorite course doing? Did it make it through the winter in good shape? Or are your green beat up.

Hopefully things turned out well and that the putts start rolling at a good speed.
